Your data is used to provide and improve the Lifynx platform. This includes powering AI features (email prioritization, suggestions, automations), syncing across your devices, generating analytics and insights, and providing customer support. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Storage

All data is stored using AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, SOC 2-compliant cloud providers. Database backups are encrypted and retained for disaster recovery purposes.

Third-Party Services

Lifynx may integrate with third-party services (email providers, calendar services, payment processors) at your request. Data shared with these services is limited to what is necessary for the integration to function. Each integration can be individually enabled or disabled.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data in standard formats. You can withdraw consent for optional data processing. You can request a copy of all data we hold about you. These rights apply regardless of your subscription tier.

Data Deletion & Export

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data through your account settings or by contacting support. Data export is available in JSON and CSV formats. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days, including backups.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of Lifynx after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
