Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Lifynx. These terms govern your access to and use of the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lifynx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Subscriptions & Billing

Lifynx offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lifynx for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Intellectual Property

The Lifynx platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Lifynx. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. By using Lifynx, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Limitation of Liability

Lifynx is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Lifynx after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
